1: Use iobit uninstaller 5 beta and remove all standard installs of pdfelements, run advanced clean, delete all files/reg entries found
2: Download this webinstaller, run as admin, choose *advanced/custom install* untick *submit your data to WS*

4: Download this updated .DLL and replace in the WSPDFE install folder
