Would be great if some one was to share this. I have a few of Arielle's guides and newsletters from about 10 years ago and found some decent snippets of information in them. So would be interesting to see her new stuff and how it takes into account the changes since 2005.

BTW: If anyone is interested in the old stuff, some of it is still relevant and useful in 2015, here is a link to my pcloud folder. It contains the guide, Everything You Should Know About Publishing, Publicity, Promotion and Building A Platform and a couple of others.
