One of my sites just got this.. Its local niche but some ahole decided to hack my site and put Sex, gay dating content on my website.. From 20 page now I got 400+.. and we just saw this..
The Injection is directly via Database. Symptoms is like wordpress has never been touched. The godday S***** server hasnt been touched. But my Databased is all messed up with the 400+ post.
OP yours will usually happen like this after 2-3 months of nothing and not cleaning updating etc.
