Short review:
Finding businesses who don't already have an email capture form, cold call them (script included) and then send them a rebranded PLR free report. If they buy you'll set up an autoresponder for them and capture pages. Use yellowpages, meetup.com and linkedin to find prospects.

The past few years Lee Cole has been selling anything for a buck... mostly garbage. I won't even bother to download his stuff for free. There are MANY better offline programs to spend your time with! 5 reps for your efforts and for buying it.
