Well since Microsoft is giving this away for free up until July 2016, and are promoting their giveaway everywhere on Earth, this is no big deal.
However, the part of the course where he shows how to navigate around WIN 10 is likely time well spend to be ready to rock n roll with WIN 10 when it become available to avoid a lot of head scratching like I did with WIN 8. I am on the list for it and so are millions of others.
