Created this thread as the Buyers would not check the original BSO thread for any updates.

As part of BSO, the owner installed wordpress in our server. But that wordpress installation is infected with Mass mailing malicious script.

I found this after one month. Check the thread immediately for updates.
I m not alone, others found as well and got their hosting account banned.

Check with your Hosting immediately.

So are you saying that the BSO seller put infected code on your own seller?

If this is the case, PM LaLa or one of the Super Mods to let them know - they may want to suspend the BSO, or mass PM all BSO purchasers.

I have this startbucks and I am not sure how to you checking the sent emails. I am on cpanel though. Let me know the way and i will check it as well.

Are you sure someone didn't exploit your server or a vulnerable plugin? I've had this happen to me with clean sites that I've created. A lot of times just changing the password fixes this.

I dnt see no pop or Imap traffic. dude you probably got hacked or infected by some random plugin. Its been 50 days.

Not trying to bash is.. but I got hacked as well. removed theme.

This is probably because of some plugin or theme exploit, there were a lot hacks recently. Several of my WP websites(not connected to this BSO) got hacked also last month.

Is this fixed? Is the person banned? Any news on this problem? Thanks.
