The premise of the book lies within you disputing negative items listed on your credit file by banks, departments stores, and etc. They only have 30 days to put a sentence on your credit report that says you are disputing the item. By law, they must remove the negative item off your report if they fail to do this. This is the same strategy that is used by so-called credit repair agencies. Hey, why pay them hundreds of dollars when you could use the strategy free of cost.

Now, I don't agree with committing fraud for getting a car loan or an apartment. But, I will say that you can get a car loan for a used automobile if you can verify that you are earning income. You can easily say that you are a caregiver. You can have someone write a few checks (need a paper trail) and state that you are caring for them. You can have a personal agreement with that person that you will not touch the deposited money. You can have that person answer the phone and verify that you are working for them. Being a caregiver is a legal profession that pays.

There you have it. You are employed. Checks that prove income. Money in the bank. You only need a few hundred for the down payment.

Used car lots enjoy doing business with people with bad or bruised credit. They only want to see proof that you are earning income.
