So, this is kind of random, but just something I discovered recently with getting FREE Facebook likes on a blog post.
Say, you have a social media widget on your Wordpress blog and you want to get some social proof to that blog post, but you're too cheap to pay for a Fiverr gig :)
Create a Facebook advertising campaign but schedule the ad to go live at a future date. After the ad is approved you can pause or cancel it if you like, but now go look at your blog post.
It should have a handful of Facebook likes or more...how? I have no idea. But this has happened to me several times on brand new blogs and websites I've setup. Somehow, during the Facebook ad approval process, you get FREE likes. I have no idea.
