"Making money is dependent an approval by the networks you integrated. do you provide assistance in this direction? Are you planning to integrate other networks? would any future upgrades/versions be provided to purchasers? can we add our own cpa offers? does the app provided show any adds?"
any discount for BBHF?
1 - Yes I can help you when applying to networks.
2 - No we're not planning to integrate other networks
3 - No future upgrades versions will be provided, this is already an upgrade on the original PTT.
If something is not working correctly, we'll fix it right away and update everyone's app/server.
4 - You cannot add your own CPA networks.
For any updates to the app or server, you will have to hire a developer to do that for you. Keep in mind we send you the source code to the app.
Other customers have asked for custom features and we're planning on making some of our developers available for our customers.
5 - The app does not integrate Ads like the first version. Your developer can do that pretty easily though.
Copies are too limited to do a discount, so no, sorry.

I researched some similar apps on the playstore and one of the main complaints seemd to be that users did not earn coins within the app after completing offers. What is the reason for that and are you sure it won't happen with this app?

This has nothing to do with the app, and we've been dealing with this since v1.
In a nutshell this is what happens :
1 - User completes offer
2 - Offer completion is not approved by the network either because it is not working properly or because the user has not completed "all the offer" ( ie : sometimes you must install a game, play two levels and gather 100 points before the offer is completed ).
3 - Since the owner of the app hasn't earned any money, there is no way we're sending free points to a user just because he can't read the offer details.
To avoid situations like that, we encourage our customers to keep their users informed about these things ( either through push notifications, or other channels we set up for you ), and we also teach you how to optimize offers and blacklist those that do not convert.
That's basically it, it's offer optimization. And we have a dedicated guide on how to do that.
I looked in to this app when OP was selling it on warrior forum. The biggest turn off for me was inability to automate and charge back the users who's points were deducted by network. Also had to manually pay them one by one. It's all good if you have 5 members, but what if you got 5000 members and most of them request a payout?
In ideal world the app would check the balances, deduct points from users that were deducted by network, create mass pay file ready to upload to paypal. If nothing changed from two years ago (and it seems that it didn't) then this app still require admin to pay one by one manually. OP please correct me if I am wrong?

Yes payments are made manually just like the first version you are referring to.
However, our old customers have more than 100.000 users and are managing payouts just fine.
You need to take into account the fact that the most engaged users spend at least a week or two completing offers before they can get enough points to request a small payout. Most users also prefer keeping their points until they can request a bigger payout.
As the owner, even with 100.000+ users, you only end up sending one or two payouts every 2-3 days. Which is easily manageable.
