If you are already running FB ads without a cloaker it is not something that is needed. But for blackhat ads that are promoting banned things on FB, it allows you to show FB one thing and send visitors to another.

Are you currently running FB ads and in need of another account? I want to make sure I give the discounted accounts to people who use FB ads on a daily basis.
