I'm looking for free Cpanel and WHM.
Maybe you can just stop it from checking if it's been licensed, or fake licenses could be made, as to make it think it was legally bought.
Cpanel.lisc license file contains md5, sha1 and crc32 hashes, and a encripted certificate at the end.
