1st, Max reps for providing all the pages.

2nd, At 1st glance this does appear to be the case but, upon closer inspection turns out to be an actual bonus page which was not a part of the main content.

What he does is essentially expand upon the topic within Module 4 and, if not for already making one long vid per module then breaking up into individual vids, could have been a 3rd video within module 4.

I too could not download as evp does a real good job at hiding vid urls and, my flash downloader could not find either.
