Got the message that all licences have been deactivated by you due to AddMeFast banning account. I needed to chat with your support and whilst your online chat says you're online, i get no response. This has happened previously. How do i get in contact with your support function?

We have disabled all the licenses as we are aware of addmefast banning accounts, this is to prevent users from being banned from addmefast while we fix this, we're resolving this and you should see an update when the issue is resolved, we will also add additional days to everyone's accounts once this is fixed.
If your issue is other than licensing/banning please pm.
