You create a play developer account(it will cost you 25 dollars)
i will pay you 25 dollars upfront by paypal/skrill/stellar

after that i will give you apk file and all description .
you just have to upload the app to google playstore and fill out all description
(it takes 5-10 minutes per app)

sometimes the account gets banned in 2 days.
so i dont guarantee any profit.

hahaha had a good laugh now why would someone risk there own account cause your obviously making apps that is against google play policy and will definitely get banned again and after all that you offer them 30% profit LOL you need to learn to negotiate. Start making apps that google won't ban(not difficult all the rules are there even with pictures for the slow kids) and buy you own new account again it's your fault it got banned in the first place.
