Note that I paid for 24 hour support , an investment for 30 days and every day that do not work are lost.Angry
Tickets have already been opened and are unanswered. Again I don't see why folks have to reach out via this thread for paid support.

And I totally agree that for everyday we don't get our tickets answered or our stats improved is a day wasted.

They shouldn't because posting in here won't get anything solved. As said tickets will be solved and from next week on monday there shouldn't be any support issues anymore.

I purchased from RRS and i am making good and huge and he also teach me backend how it works.

No monthly fees.

He providing good and friendly support.

Thanks you all peoples who reported about This and i get a direction to follow RRS.

Right, we have been giving you support around the clock even when short staffed. Many of our clients are doing just fine. Can you show me your "blocked" access to support? Then just end me a PM because there is no such thing.

If you have trouble using our service then either talk to our live chat support, ticket system or send me a PM. But don't go out telling lies on a forum.

I do not tell lies forum or anywhere else , you would send PM for days and never answered . Yesterday had the open chat and when I got tired blocked access or disconnected . My support tickets are not being answered , when responding indicate that you read the documentation and the documentation you access to the support. Glad to have many happy customers, so you can return my money to prove that not cheating , is it easy right?
