Hi,
Friends I found a very easy to use Just drag and drop cartoon story maker, and this is freeware but I personally like this software so much that I want to share it with you..

How simple..
1. select your story background drag to working screen...
2. Select your caracters and drag to the scene add your speech or voice and you are done..

I hope you can use it your own way. I use this and create few moral stories for my kid...:)
