As requested, I've uploaded poweranimateextended to Zippyshare. First time I've used Zippyshare so apologies if I've screwed up, but it seems I had to split the 776Mb zip file into four separate parts:

One request, the next time you want to create a split archive, first unzip/unrar it, then zip it. This will help remove double extensions. :)
