I have a scenario maybe you guys could help me with. I own a taxi cab company. I'm in a growing pains stage with the cabs, specially in the summer here when it's my slow season, where I'm too small to comfortably pay a dedicated dispatch, but too busy/big to where it's starting to get dangerous letting one driver drive and dispatch to the other cars. Very soon here I'm going to need to hire a dedicated dispatch. There's going to be tons of downtime for the dispatch and I want to figure out a small money making method that I could be having the dispatch do in between calls. Something simple I can figure out and streamline and train the dispatch to do. My budget is pretty good if that helps. I know money makes money. Doesn't need to be a huge money maker, even if the dispatcher makes $20-30 for me in a 12hr shift helps out a ton. Have any ideas what I should do or what direction I should start researching?
