I am not sure a gb will work for this...this is leadjack they make you upload the theme for an install and only one email I think??
I would be interested in the videos or pdf about selling local biz website,not really the theme cause I think it is hard to "share"? Any ideas? thanks

My GB has gone live.
But hurry. Only 6 slots left.
About concern on sharability.
I mentioned this in my GB post #3.
There is a difference between
a) Website Hero (which in gist is the training)
and
b) Website Hero Expert (training + themes)
There's nothing on the sales page that indicate that the theme is limited to certain installs.
And personally I don't think I don't think its possible to limit installs since a theme is normally downloaded via zip file. And you upload the zip file to your own word press website.
Anyway to be own safe side, for starters my GB will only include Website Hero and later if its confirmed that the themes are shareable 3 additional slots will be opened to cater for the Expert version.
At time of typing this post, there's only 6 slots left for my GB.

Well....I guess they did the gb...tho this is actually "leadjack"....so I don't think the theme is shareable..
I still would like to read the "21 tips"....so maybe we can find this elsewhere at least the tips part thanks
