OK, I can finally access the gmail account you gave and know the reason why it's disabled.

Bing VCC are of stock ,Bing Coupons are in Stock! Grab the Coupons before they all gone.
Bought a $120 code for an existing account. Funds applied but Bing cut the amount to 114 for some reason. Fast service and will buy again.

LEt me clear this :He has not bought any account from me.
You can contact Support, they will ask for mobile number, if you have, then provide the number, they will call you and verify that card details.number should of same country as the account.
If you used the card which already used, it cannot be recovered.
Right now i am not selling accounts, Only coupons for now, As i am out of Stock Of VCC.

OK, now my account is suspended unless I call back to them.
This story tells us your account would be disabled if you're using Paypal account as payment instrument.
