It doesn't appear to be an app but more like a recreation of the current site. You can do that with a responsive wordpress theme.

Its a wordpress plugin,just install the plugin and update the settings correctly.And it will generate the APK for your wordpress site.You can import this APK file with Google Play store or Amazon.
