I was not super-super impressed with your product (cause I am little lazy on social type of action) but I can see U helped us a lot with updates and I see great potencial in the near future for your method.
And in your offer was no money back guarantee, so I do not see why people did this. Paypal is bitch.

Op, when you expect to send the update?
It's really strange to see the time taken up for uploading the updates and still all the customers are still waiting for it. Frankly, it sound fishy to me but I hope I am wrong. OP...Plz send out the updates today.
This BSO has to be reopened, if you want things to work out, call PayPal and explain everything, if it has to be refunding everyone's money then go for it. Have it as if it is a new product.
