Have u actually checked the requirements here?

The online system check and check-in process with your Greeter can take between 5 and 10 minutes. You will be asked to present a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID for identity verification. The Greeter will ask you to scan your room with the webcam, and may provide additional instructions for removing items from your workspace, tables, shelves or walls.

Once your exam starts, you will be closely monitored by a Proctor through your webcam and microphone. You will not be allowed to leave the room, talk to others or move out of the Proctor’s view.

It clearly mentions that u need to be physically present to do the certifications

I must say, Top quality service - Received all my certifications on time without any issue. :)
