What you get: A video and audio interview, with transcript, of Temper Thompson's methods, by Matt (I love the sound of my voice) Bacak.

An 'Outline' pdf - IMO this is the only thing worth having as it explains all the salient points in short to-do bullets

Bonuses of List Building Blueprint pdfs - basic stuff you should already know

Recommendation: Worth downloading (or buying) for the Outline pdf bullet points. You should print this out and stick it by your computer desk as a reminder of things to do.
