OK so here's the deal...
I'm part of a very secret group that has allowed me to learn/use some very special SEO techniques.
All completely white hat and it looks GREAT to google meaning no sites will ever be slapped.
We have tested it on multiple different sites and its crazy to say but we are ranking sites/pages sometimes within a few days at the top of google. (and no were not using some bs super long tail keyword)
We are beating out youtube/amazon/forbes.com etc and making the number 1 spot or atleast very high on the first page results for LOTS of different keywords.
It really is insane and this is huge...
...Mainly because some of these are very high competition keywords and the good news is that LOCAL keywords are so daaaaang easy its almost sad to be honest.
I really don't want to be contacting local businesses and doing the selling of the service but this is where the partner would come in...
...They go on the local business hunt and bring in clients and i will take care of the SEO portion completely (Good news is people are usually used to wait MONTHS to see any results from SEO, With us they will see results ALOT faster)
I will also provide white label reports etc with branding so the client can track and see exactly how much they have moved up in the search engines etc.
We can charge a monthly fee for all this and set-up etc and we will split it 50/50 for each client and form a real strong business here. Other services in the future can also be added which i have ideas for.
This is truly gold right here, all you got to do is bring on board local clients (I will tell you which ones to go for and which ones to avoid atm) and i will take care of everything SEO wise.
I don't have any business entity for this set-up yet but we can really form a strong business from this and with the monthly fee it'll be almost autopilot income for you once you get the client.

I could do this myself but i really don't want the hassle of marketing to offline clients and getting on the phone etc...
...One more thing, the fact we can rank these offline business MUCH faster than anybody else out there (I dont care who it is, not even Alex Becker/OMG could beat this) means we have a unique selling point.
