Is this the new "reloaded" version that was just released? I'm just wondering because that link says to register for a live training even that is on October 29?

No, this is the old version which was shared on this forum way back years ago (and the drop box download still works)!
Don't know whether the updated version is any better, but I would expect it to be along similar lines with modern enhancements.
