Still waiting for my articles to be delivered!

Placed my order 10-days ago with no acknowledgement, then sent order email at cccontents@gmail.com on 17th July for 6 articles but still no reply. The 3000 words should be delivered in 3-days or less but ages have been passed. Not satisfied with service quality!!

Is this service still going? What's the current TAT?
