Anyone who can teach how to get verified or can buy a paypal verified account?

You don't need a credit card to verify your paypal, you just need a bank depending on what country you are located in.

There are sellers that offer virtual banks and VCCs to aid with that. Ones I use are from two people as I found other sellers do not offer a payment method that is available for USA besides bitcoins.

I think in certain countries, you don't need a vcc to use it. USA only requires a bank to have it verified. But adding a VCC doesn't do much except for increasing your sending limits.
