Is anyone else having problems with the video background file (step 3 of OTO)? Doesn't seem to work no matter how many times it's been downloaded.
Thanks for the reps guys, and yes ShadyLady, I too had downloaded and had issues with Step 3 background file, extracted it with 7zip and it seems to be extracting most of the files, downloading the file again to see if it's fixed or the same..

QUICK REVIEW:
1 - Make a Video (3-4 slides) with powerpoint / Animoto or Explaindio
2 - Upload Video to youtube and google plus
3 - Use google Hangout at Google plus and broadcast video
4 - Go to VIDIQ and select any old video, scrape tags and paste it to your video tags
5 - Copy video URL and got to PINGLER.com to ping it.
6 - Go to IBOTube and embed the youtube embeded code
7 - Go to theim.org/onlinerssbuilt/ and submitt rss. Here is the code

8 - Validate it
9 - Go to Socialboorker.com and book mark

This covers all videos and PDF - TO be honest in most of the cases she tries to do herself but didn't work while making videos. for example, she faced problem during pinging, hangouts, embeding, rss submission and validation etc.
