Hmmmm little to no information and the jv is super small for someone... You basicly ask for 50$ not specific why or for what purpose this 50 are going for...
Further more you said 25$ for every 5 sales which is not jv 50/50 but someone gets paid 1 every 5 sales which is 20% asuming that the product or servise costs 25$ coz if it costs more then you basicly give a commission....
