It's not that difficult to set up Interspire+PowerMTA. It's not easy to find tutorials online since most people try to either sell you the service or the how to (nothing wrong with it, I do it too), but it's not impossible to find. Just be patient finding the right info and learning the how to. Or if you can afford it, just pay someone with decent reputation.
