If you get an error when trying to open ScrapeBoard, then you need to run it in Compatability mode as
Windows XP 32bit! This is especially true for those who are running 64bit Windows!!!

+ Right click "ScrapeBoard.exe" and select "Properties"
+ Choose the "Compatability" tab at the top.
+ Choose a Windows XP 32 bit version from the dropdown
(mine said "Run as Windows XP SP3 32bit")
+ Check the box to "Always run as Administrator"
+ Click Apply then OK buttons

Now you should be able to run ScrapeBoard without troubles.

is this newer than 1.16.4?

Thanks friend... After following this method I can run scapebox...
