I think SeattleClouds so far is the best. There are few Special Offer within these forum, look at these :

From mariastone :

From artshinobi:

Both are recommended because they are fast respond and offer good advice honestly, in my personal opinion. Thanks mariastone and artshinobi.

Besides 3 SeattleClouds Apps Builder accounts, I also own Zapable Apps Builder account. In my opinion, both are good, but I prefer SeattleClouds. I plan to cancel my Zapable account next month.

SeattleClouds are more on templates (very quick to build an app) but you can easily customize it if you have good graphics and HTML knowledge. In my opinion, Zapable is less layout choice, but the interface is more user friendly (if compare to SeattleClouds). I pay Zapable $39/month right now and own lifetime account for all 3 SeattleClouds accounts. The reason why I plan to cancel Zapable is because I feel the monthly fee is slightly high (since I still on learning stage), I don't mind to pay renewal fee if it's not too high. Furthermore, beside better user interface (if compare to SeattleClouds), basically all premium functions available at both platform.

I am new in mobile apps development (2 months) but I love sharing my experience if anyone has problem.

Here are some app builder I've seen on google:

BuildFire - aims to make it easy for small businesses to create their own mobile apps. The service offers two ways to build an app: do it yourself or have a BuildFire app developer do it for you for free. To build an app yourself, use BuildFire's "click and edit" dashboard, a no-coding platform that lets anyone with zero tech skills create a high quality, engaging app in minutes.

Como- formerly Conduit Mobile, is a three-in-one app maker that lets all types of businesses create, promote and manage mobile apps. Its redesigned app development platform — called the Como Console — makes it easy to build professional-looking apps using a collection of themes, colors, icons, layouts, styles and backgrounds.

Taplytics - platform is a native mobile A/B testing solution that offers the ability for entire teams — from product managers to designers and developers — to update apps without the use of code or the need for approvals, enabling businesses to focus on their core jobs in a streamlined platform.
