The logical approach to content generation would be to obtain a proper article from the web and modify it slightly, in order to beat content duplication and plagiarism detection. To automate this changes, a synonym dictionnary would be the simplest approach.
I tried Synonymizer from synonymizer.com.ar and I found a quite complete tool. It still lacks some grammar knowledge but it does the job of enriching your language and make it different from the origin.
Some issues:
How will Google treat this "new" content? How far will they compare synonymized text with the original? Will this be considered quality content?
Will I hear from any lawyers claiming their text was appropriated?
I would like to hear some opinions...
