I don't know as well.. I do exactly what the video says but when I load the short code on my site the video either does not come up at all with just a head line or with the headline comes up a white box.. and I've tried to get it to work several times.. I even tested the videos that I used from YT. I just loaded them on my site and they work well but this plugin (white label) won't or doesn't/////// I'm out.... Fizz

I'm going to give this one more go with a brand new site and see what happens so that I can find out if it's a plugin compatibility problem.. I'll let you know from there.. take care. (and I'll watch that training vid again even though I've watched it several times, it's not rocket science here but who knows) :)

use the webpage url not the video one and watch out for other plugins.. other plugins were my problem I think..

good luck with the installs a little buggy although seems to work after some fiddling around

when viewed back in Safari browser on Mac no videos are shown ? ( working firefox and chrome )

I went and bought the developer version. Even after inputting the software key I only get a grey square instead of the video. I have removed all other plugins, used the YouTube page URL for my chosen video, but still just grey! WTF is this??

What is missing are the templates. The tut-video shows the links at amazonaws, but they require an access key. Anyone got an uptodate mirrored site?

Not sure if I can assist, I have a 50 Mb line.
