I did a few searches and found MDL 2.0 everywhere, but IIRC, 2.0 didn't include Bob's campaigns. (or if it did, they were a P.I.T.A. to find.)

These 2 PDF's from MDL 1.0 include his approach letters, campaign letters, sample agreements, and also breaks down why they work and the best ways to use them.
