Does anyone have the OTO? This is the important part of the FE. He's promoting the hell out of the OTO throughout the whole original PDF.

Even that WORTHLESS pdf has been taken after most probably the lurking author, claimed copyright infringement, both from copy and from mega, so don't expect to find the OTO so readily available.

Yeah, UFOMoneyGal is on a kick to save everybody from the perils of IM. I talked to her about doing a project together and she said she doesn't work with people who don't respond right away or something like that. Always an excuse to not deliver.
