Wondering why you're choosing this directory theme over other options?
I found a few other interesting options, but still debating pros / cons of each choice. Found 20+ best directory article with some good links ( not promoting it, just because it has list )

It looks like Pointfinder has option to create custom post types, but not sure how well it works vs Templatic which already has event, classifieds,
custom fields monetization, and coupons. Doesn't have bookings options, but maybe that's doable with 3rd party plugin?
Top on the list would be:
- Templatic Directory ( integrated plugins, but CSS is difficult to work with Imo, has content restrictions on post types based on membership levels, has events, classifieds options )
- Box themes directory ( seems to have limited control on content based on membership levels, maybe controllable via 3rd party membership plugins but not sure, CSS seems more easy to change )
- Listify ( one of the better CSS / layouts, but mostly just theme with bunch of 3rd party plugins to work as directory, has options for events, bookings via plugin )
- Pro Direct ( nice layout/s, although don't really like detailed content revealed with tabs, don't know membership / content control options )
