Careful where you get your themes. They come with malicious code.

Map options dont work, i set sattelite and its always default, maybe i find other options that doesnt work. amintabe are you sure this is latest version?

yes i changed the google map link and work correctly
becuse google map link dont work in same countery such as iran /china and ....
