Attention, the themes are not directly from Elegant Themes. They come from a website called Zazavy. Can't tell what it is about, since it is down for me.

I digged through all the .php and .css files of the theme I'd like to use and found two things:
1) In the style.css it says: Theme Name: Foxy (Provided by Zazavy)
2) There was a link in the footer.php going the the Zazavy website.

There could be additional malicious code in the .php or .js files... that stuff is over my head. So be careful if you decide using the themes.
