I'm looking to setup an email server to use for email marketing.

I see some people using MDaemon in a Windows 2008 server.

I have MDaemon and a domain. What I need else?

Do you have any full tutorial how to setup email (SMTP) server in my Windows 2008 server using my domain.

To run MDaemon, you should have a dedicated server with solid IPs, and you should also be able to setup the configuration, such as, spf, MX Records, RDNS, Feedback loop, Bounce policy... just so many of them.

You can also consider to use PMTA, or PostFix. however, they all require you have the permission to setup all above.

Dude, he's on a Windows host. Do you guys just sit around all day waiting to hop on any post that mentions email to hawk your sh*t services?
