Now this may be a complete fluke (I doubt it somehow), so I have given him a third URL which I have done NOTHING to and see if he can work his magic on.

My verdict on the service?

This is a very good service and the price should really be higher for what the OP gives you. Looking for some movement in the SERPS? This service is certainly gonna do that.
