That's good for you that you had a good experience with their service. You're experience wasn't different because you was never a prick with 'm, it was different because you paid $500. Since $42 is nothing to them, let customers accounts pend activation for 10 days before responding to a single email that takes a minute to write. $42 isn't convenient enough, even if it could lead to $10,000's in future business.
