yes, I emailed you at that address. I'm having problem loging in, keeps telling me wrong login or password. Tried it several times, same problem

Ok... so I am checking it out... but, I cannot see using this for anything important.

Really... why would any serious marketer want a tool that is a dead end product?

WTF do I do with the data in the tool? Did you even stop to think about how the info can be shared or exported?

There is NO exporting anything with your team or adding to my own spreadsheet analysis chores.

...not to mention the fact that there's no organization to the keyword data. There is no grouping or choosing any kind of relationships... just a big list of keywords (in the Analysis tool) that can be searched, but not exported or sorted out.

And, what's up with the headings on the research grid... nothing works there either.

... cool tool for some... but, for a serious marketer, it's a basic novelty toy with no purpose in a business environment.

oh... and one more thing... you STINK at email support!

If you're seriously thinking JV guys want to handle your software problems, you're DEAD wrong!

Put up a proper support forum. It'd be much easier for YOU! to engage in solutions and eliminate the need for anyone to question whether a JV has tricked them into yet ANOTHER messed up deal... and, that YOU! are acting on their issues with the tool.

And, while we're on the issue of JVs... what IDIOT JV would ever work their tail off to build your email list with NO PAY!

Sure... when you get around to monetizing things that suit your OWN NEEDS, you'll consider repaying your JVs with any left over crumbs you haven't gobbled up... HAHAHA!

There are LOADS of tools that drive this thing into the dirt, when it comes to opportunities for making REAL money... not I.O.U. money!

I must say find this product quite easy to use gets there quickly and certainly provides data that would have taken hours of research for me at the very least, and agree with the support forum theory above as there is lots of ways to improve and converse personally

Thanks for the great suggestion on the support forum. I will definitely keep that in mind. As for the email support i will defiantly keep a eye out from incoming emails from you. I do try to respond to all emails within 24 hours and 99% of the time achieve that target.

I will keep in mind about the analysis tool, the data is exported to your documents folder and can be imported into excel for example, if you do not wish to use Thwaites analysis tool.

The filter option for the analysis tool is a great idea, cheers!

As for the headings on the research grid not working could you expand on that?

I do want to make one thing absolutely CLEAR! Under no circumstances are we pushing any software glitches while it is in BETA on to our JV's. My contact details are on the Landing page, but I will make it more clear in the actual app. (Thanks for the suggestion!)
