So I want to register a old domain that has good DA/TF. I understand It cannot be under the same WhoIS info but can it be under the same Shared Hosting that their are other 500 domains on the same hosting?

For all of my PBNs I build them on their own cheap hosting account. I don't ever put my money site in the same hosting as the PBN is on. Always think about it this way, whatever you are doing could "G" spot a footprint if they looked? So if all of the PBN sites are on the same hosting as the money site and there is a ton of links from a guitar site pointing to a health niche site and all sites were registered on the same day and all have similar anchor text, (I think you get the idea) you are leaving a footprint. A small footprint but a footprint the same.

Always put PBN sites on different IP's

I set some up with cloudflare and some with other CDN's

I install wordpress on all sites but mix up the plugins... I would install a different security and 404 to 301 redirect on each website.

I would change the format of the robots.txt so they are different.
