Everyone seems to have ignored what California Kid (RESPECTED MEMBER!) and Dutch Harry had to say about this offer. Mindless members just keep on saying, "Thanks for the great share."
5 reps to each of those guys for preventing download this waste of time. 5 reps to OP for bringing it in here so it can be analyzed.

And they just keep on thanking, in about two weeks (if they really take action) they will be crying that their account was banned for using offline traffic, ohw well it isn't that we didn't warn them LOL

I'm using offline traffic with some success, but I don't send them directly to the CPA offer (not even with a re-direct url). I'm using offline ads to help build my list. I offer giveaways and free training (for various niches). After I have them on my list and build a relationship with them, that's when I sneak in a cpa offer or cps offer (based on the niche of that list). It's not fast, but my list is growing by about 5 to 10 signups per day from the offline ads I post. Since most of my emails (right now) consist of free advice and training, with only the occasional offer, my subscribers don't hardly unsubscribe.

That is a way to do t, to turn in your offline traffic to online (email) traffic, but if you create a add and you redirect it to your offer ir you iframe yoru offer you iwll be setting yourself up for a ban, sadly i know this first hand and lost my second maxbounty account :D
