Do you have wampp or xampp setup and also entered the stuff inside host file.

Hi pol, yes indeed, tried it with both wamp and xampp of which
neither will let the newer version get past enter your email..

win 10 v10074 and win 8.1 enterprise test setups, neither
seems to be working, so that is why asked if anyone has
this later version with the new lic node in it, working?

Cause all I did was take the latest download file and followed the instruction there it's works for me. I don't actually really know why it's not working for you.

I didn't enter an email. If you followed the other instructions try just activating without email it worked for me.
