when I try to install, I get this message:There is a problem with the windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run... What to do???

Make sure you connect to internet to register it then FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!

finally got it installed. However, created several new accounts but each I tried, I never got the error message. Only the spinning circle. not happening for me. LOL.
