I do not know, read an documentation, it's retail share for the bbhf users request.

It need API and its not using any usual API its using a API of xml based script, anyways its a good script and will support international gateways.

you need to read documentation there, and there you will find where you can but API and then you need to update sendsms.php script with your login and boom there you go!
