Reddit is an amazing source of traffic. I get a lot of them whenever I do share content there, but while it get you traffic, don't expect too much about conversion. I'm not sure if it works and effective with adsense, but for affiliate offers, it does not. Maybe on certain offers, but certainly not much conversion.

There is, however, a good side always specially if you're building up your brand. Traffic from reddit is similar to traffic you get from IMGUR. Both give you boatload, but just viewing and perhaps high bounce.

Just a tip! Don't share crap content on reddit as it won't get any traction. Share quality, interesting, funny(perhaps), helpful, intriguing and provoking, and if you share image make sure you do watermark it with your brand, or domain name. Do the same with IMGUR.
